Closing your account means permanently deleting all your personal data, including your profile details and Gaming Hub history, and removing access to all UEFA platforms including Hospitality customer portal. We will proceed without undue delay and in any event within one month.


Please note, if you have any pending ticket or hospitality application for a UEFA event we won't be able to delete your account. You will be able to request the closure of your account once the relevant UEFA event is over.
